Blank display on variable speed

the display is blank i cannot tell what speed the variable speed pump is at. Pentair model

i have pics but they are to large to download here. is there another means i can send you the pictures. not sure what number you need so i have a few photos of labels.

Satisfied to consider your to be as I might suspect I have a similar issue, I am likewise confounded and needing light on this equivalent issue. Need assistance.
