My polaris 3900 sport vacuum goes into the shallow end corner at the the steps of the pool and just sits there wheels turning at the walkout steps. What adjust do I need to make to get it out of the corner? Thanks in advance for the help.

The backup valve should kick in every two minutes and pull it out of the corner. Is the backup valve still working?

Yes but the unit does not always move away.

I have also made sure that the thurst is at 7 pm.
