MY barracuda vacuum is not vibrating. The pool pressure is fine and the suction at the vacuum is great. It’s just not moving. Looked at the diaphragm and it looks good. Replaced the foot at the beginning of summer.

We'd be glad to assist you. I would look at that diaphragm again. A small hole will prevent the cleaner from moving. Also, look for a hole in any of the hoses.
Do you still have the gauge that came with the cleaner? Try putting that gauge on the last hose near the cleaner to see if there is enough suction.
