By scrolling through the information menu of the AquaRite Pro using the right arrow buttons ">", you'll find the menu item "Inspect Cell." Directly below that line displayed on the screen it will say "hold + to reset." By pressing the plus button "+" at this point, the average salt calculation will be reset and a new average will begin calculating.
