Just received the order yesterday. No damage to the unit, but missing two bolts from the fan housing mounted on top. 4 loose screws found and one of the bolts for the fan housing were in the plastic covering the heat pump. I need another bolt for the fan housing and I only received 3 straps to tie the unit down. I have pics to send showing this. Would like to know what the screws are for. They are over 2 mb.
